Coming from a family of athletes, Kedie's roots in the industry run deep, with her family business centered around a community sports facility in Australia. Fostering her interest in health, she worked in the medical field for 15 years and continued her education through graduate school. Now a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, this unique blend of knowledge formed the bedrock of her approach to a healthy, active lifestyle.
Having explored various sports in her early years, Kedie eventually found her niche in swimming, dedicating herself to the discipline.
